OOHHHHHHH DEAR! I thought she was going to be in the finals - poor Mona aye! Dear oh dear.

That Debbie was on thin ice for me, but gladly she didn't annoy me today - bless her soul.

Mona said in the beginning: "I knew I would be selected, not to sound big-headed... I've succeeded in the companies I've worked for because I work hard and I'm honest."

Philip Taylor YOU'RE FIRED!

ARRH BLESS! Philip Taylor from County Durham was told to kick rocks in episode 6 of The Apprentice, and he went kicking and screaming.

Phil was very entertaining in the beginning, but he became extremely moany and loved to bicker with that Lorraine - it just got too much. If Phil didn't get his way there would be trouble, and I for one couldn't work with him.

Line of the night comes from Sir Alan's right hand man, Nick. He attempted to make Phil look even more a pratt by asking him sarcastically, " Tell me about Pants Man???" To which, Phil offered silence as his answer...lol

This weeks Apprentice was hilarious, with viewers watched the candidates struggle to sell the most abominable items I've ever seen i.e. boots and bits of brown carpet.lol.

Ben and Phil were the teams leaders for the challenge, and both did a crap job if you ask me. However, what I found interesting was the change in Ben. He shows himself to be very egotistical and loud, and yet by the end of this task, Ben was a broken man (to which made hilarious viewing).

Debra! Debra! Debra! She is waaaaaaaaayyy too mouthy for me. Even Sir Alan Sugar had to tell the woman to fix up, before she got kicked out prematurely. I hope for her sake she listens to Sir Alan because she is really starting to get on my nerves.

As for science teacher, Noorul Choudhury, he is extremely lucky he made it this far. This episode showed him to be the most vocal, but probably because he was under threat.

Kimberly from the Bronx was told to kick rocks from episode 5 of The Apprentice, and a shame it was...

I actually thought Kim was a good 'Team Leader' - she treated people nicely, however, she just didn't follow her own instincts enough, which in turn was her failure.

That 'pants' idea was nothing short of, well, 'pants', and needless to say 'Pants Man' had nothing to do with the cereal they were pitching, or anything else for that matter!

Phil (the man behind the crap idea) has to be one of my favourite candidates - he cracks me up, but he is alot of work, and seems very forceful with his ideas - the man needs to calm down. I like straight talking people, but he is getting a bit much and he showing how desperate he is for the job.

The line and best facial expression of the night comes from our Margret when she said: "I think he [Phil] still believes it [Pants Man: Wake Up Call Cerial] was a good idea." - SHOCK!!! HORROR!!! lol

You're Fired: Paula Jones

Listen! Tonight's Apprentice had me in stitches - Paula and Noorul were an abomination -seriously.

Paula was way to flippant with the cost the product, and it was a shame because otherwise she would have been a good team leader.

But as for our Noorul Choudhury, the poor bloke should have been told to kick rocks - straight! He didn't have a back bone in his body, nor did he know what the hell he was doing, and should count himself lucky, he had a team like he did. Even Margret (Sir Alan's right hand woman) was ready to ship him.

Noorul says: "I have always been ambitious and driven and I've got the capabilities to deliver. I am not all talk... I can manage a team of people, total strangers even, because I am feisty and have attitude."

Oh get out of it Noorul!

You're fired Majid Nagra! And you know why? because it you're a lazy 'yes man'. lol. You can't be sitting on the fence in The Apprentice Maj, come on.

Oh yes, did you catch the racial tension this week? Very nasty.

Yasmina tried to imply that there could potentially be too many ethnic minorities on the poster for the exercise product. What? lol

If I'm honest, I did't believe she was trying to be racial, I just think she worded herself wrongly, and Debra went in for the kill.

I'm not too sure if I like that Debra, but she flew through this task.

Oh Rocky! The poor 21 year old was turfed from this weeks, The Apprentice. To be honest, I could see it coming because he is so young. Rocky would have had to really shine inorder for him to survive The Apprentice.

Lucky for him, he earns more than the salary on offer from Sir Alan, with his chain of sandwich shops in the North East of England.

Nah, I don't feel sorry for him anymore.

Anita Shah was told to kick rocks in episode 1 in the new series of The Apprentice. To be honest, any of the last three women could have gone home in book- it was that disgraceful, and all over a car wash too.
